A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a room ($1,000.00 for the Ballroom). The deposit will be applied to your final bill and deducted from your invoice.

Final payment for all events must be received two weeks prior to the event date.

Package includes:

  • 4-hour room rental (11:00am to 3:00pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm)
  • You will be allowed 1 hour before your event for set-up.
  • Minimum of 40 guests for the Capri room, or a $500.00 room rental fee.
  • Minimum of 100 guests for The Grand Ballroom, or a $1,000 room rental fee.
  • Minimum of 20 guests in The Chapel, or a $200 room rental fee.
  • Professional service staff will be provided.
  • Cash, tab, or bar package can be added to any event with a bartender for a fee of $95.00. (Alcohol will not be available without a bartender)
  • Ivory lap length table linens included with your choice of one of our colored linen napkins.
  • Specialty table linens can be available for an additional fee.
  • Table settings with china, glassware, and polished flatware.
  • Hot beverage service includes hot tea, regular and decaf coffee.
  • Unlimited fountain drinks with lemonade and fresh brewed iced tea.
  • Fresh baked dinner rolls and butter (Not included with cold buffet)
  • Choice of cold buffet, hot buffet, or sit-down.
  • Additional food items may be added to any package.
